Rebecca Stratton has been a designer since 1995. She has participated in the following distinguished projects:
- 2002 Indianapolis Dream Home Designer
- 2001 St. Margaret's Guild Show Home Designer
- Served as an industry consultant at the Women's Expo 2001

Rebecca started her own design business, Metropolitan Endeavors, Inc., in 1995. She was a Senior Designer at Kittles Design Studio for 5 years during that time.
Rebecca is a B.S. graduate of IUPUI and is an allied member of A.S.I.D. and a Registered Interior Designer in the State of Indiana. She was the 2009 president of the Northside Business Builders in Carmel, IN and is a 2009-2010 Impact 100 member. She currently resides with her family in Noblesville, Indiana.
